English: A U.S. Navy McDonnell FH-1 Phantom (BuNo 111807) of Fighter Squadron 17A (VF-17A) "Phantom Fighters" at Dow Air Force Base in Bangor, Maine (USA), in 1948. Several Republic P-48B Thunderjets are visible in the background with P-84B-11-RE (s/n 45-59550) being on the right.
